Hi all,
First I would like to apologies for taking so long to get this thread posted but I had some issues to deal in rl. I am not an expert about scripts but bellow I posted all the information I know.
1. What are scripts? They help you to organize better by color coding the view; making calculations for fleet movement; provide better overview of your empire and many more. What they don’t do is play for you! They are not bots that would fs for you or build your planets while you are away.
2. So, in ogame you have to be very careful to use the right script. There are legal and illegal scripts. The difference is that illegal will get you permanently banned. So please use discretion. Bellow I posted several links to get you started. Definitely recommend to look the link with a star next to it!
3. I use AntiGameOrigin Options - 4.18.0, some players don’t like it for whatever reason, but I do. It gives me all the tools to keep the game without doing tedious calculations. As far as I know you would need firefox browser and several add-ons such as greasemonkey and antigame.

i started using antiogame origin a few days before you posted this and at first it took a little getting used to for fleetsaving but now think it is amazing, just thought i would give my views on it
